Job Description
- Manage overall administrative operations including office management, logistics support, documentation, and record keeping.
- Oversee excise, taxation, budgeting, and compliance activities, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulations.
- Handle trouble-ticket management by ensuring timely resolution of administrative requests and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Supervise vehicle management, including scheduling, maintenance, regulatory renewals, and fuel monitoring.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, government bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the administrative team to ensure high performance and effective task execution.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- 16 Years of education with minimum 60% marks in Matric & Intermediate
- Excellent Communication Skills
