- Masters degree, preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics. MBA is a plus.- 5 years experience in managing development teams and projects.- 7-10+ years experience in systems design, software development, systems integration.- Position requires significant experience managing development teams in a fast-paced business environment, including management of multiple concurrent projects and 20+ engineers.- Must have a thorough understanding of Internet technologies, and technical experience to provide proper impact assessments and recommendations.- Management of development teams in a CMM Level 3 or higher organization a plus.- Advanced knowledge of C++, Java, RMI, JNI, and J2EE frameworks.- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methods and processes.- Engineering development tools, software source control systems.- Knowledge of Mobile operating systems / development environments a plus.
