Visit manufacturers and wholesale markets for price checks and perform checks to verify supplier purchases, strictly monitoring the buying process. Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and gain full knowledge of building construction materials to work accordingly. Prepare price comparisons for the company as required. Assist the buyer in determining and changing purchase and sale prices. Visit, evaluate, and select adequate suppliers, assisting the buyer in deciding terms and conditions. Determine and continuously maintain the ideal assortment for the given area in terms of turnover, profit, and stock level. Conduct market analysis and keep records of changes in articles while preparing action plans. Monitor the production process.

Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, result orientation, strong negotiating skills, cross-cultural competence, flexibility in traveling, fluency in speaking and writing English, knowledge of assortment in the given purchase field, proactive approach, and relationship management with a cross-functional working approach.
