Job Title:HR Intern

Schedule:Internship (6 Months, Leading to Full-Time Role)

Work Location:Islamabad Office

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy support. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations while building a strong foundation for your career in HR.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist in learning and development initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
