Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer to oversee sales operations within the assigned region. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing and supporting the sales team, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with proven experience in sales management.*Key Responsibilities:*- Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution*Requirements:*- Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or related field- Knowledge of EPC and solar technology- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential/B2B sales- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Self-motivated with a proactive approach- Willingness to travel as neededInterested candidates, please share your resume at
