i3RL Private Limited, a fast-growingIT Software House, is looking for a highly skilledIT Managerto lead and manage our technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with the ability to manage infrastructure, networks, and internal IT support for a software development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall IT operations within the software house.

• Configure, optimize, and maintain pfSense Firewall and ensure network security.

• Oversee Active Directory, user lifecycle management, and IT access governance.

• Manage and administer Office 365, including user provisioning and policy enforcement.

• Supervise installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of UniFi Access Points.

• Monitor, maintain, and improve Cisco switch configurations and performance.

• Oversee and maintain NVR systems & IP cameras for office security.

• Manage and optimize the Hyper-V virtualization environment.

• Support the development teams by ensuring high availability of IT systems and tools.

• Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Plan and execute IT-related projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

• Installed, configured, and managed FortiGate firewalls for secure network access, VPN connectivity, and traffic control

• Setup and management of Veeam Backup & Replication for full infrastructure backups

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure and network/system administration.

• Experience working in an IT software house or technology-driven environment is preferred.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

• Solid understanding of network security, server management, and virtualization.

• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic IT guidance.
