Job Title: Maintenance Incharge – Mechanical (Offset Packaging Industry)

Location: KarachiEmployment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Incharge (Mechanical) to lead the maintenance operations in our offset packaging production facility. The role requires strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, printing machinery, and utilities to ensure uninterrupted plant performance and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities across the offset printing and packaging units.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of printing machines, die-cutters, folder gluers, and utility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with production and electrical teams for smooth operations.
• Lead and train maintenance staff for better technical performance and safety compliance.

Requirements:

• DAE / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in offset printing and packaging machinery maintenance(mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Hands-on experience with offset presses and post-press equipment.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
