Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Manager Maintenance located in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. The Assistant Manager Maintenance will oversee the maintenance and repair of injection molding machines, to ensure the smooth functioning of operations. Responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance schedules, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, coordinating maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing maintenance records. The role requires continuously identifying improvement opportunities for operational efficiency and liaising with other departments and stakeholders to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, and process optimization
• Experience with preventative maintenance practices and managing maintenance schedules
• Proficiency in team leadership, staff coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and maintenance documentation
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience in the manufacturing or engineering industries is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
• 3-5 years of related experience.
