Position:Sales Executive

Location:Onsite – Propstar Technologies

Shift Timing:7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Compensation:PKR 40,000 – 80,000 (commensurate with fluency, skillset, and performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to international clients to introduce company services and premium real estate opportunities.
• Communicate with exceptional clarity and fluency in English to build rapport and foster trust.
• Listen actively, identify customer needs, and deliver accurate, relevant information.
• Address objections and respond to inquiries with professionalism, confidence, and tact.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions within the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets related to call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance communication strategies and overall sales outcomes.

Requirements

• Outstanding fluency in English with a clear accent and confident verbal communication—this is essential.
• Strong listening abilities and persuasive communication skills.
• Prior experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role is highly preferred.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance targets.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Willingness and ability to work during night shift hours (7 PM – 4 AM).
