We are hiring a skilledShipping & Port Operations Executiveto be based in Pakistan, with readiness fortemporary or long-term assignmentsacross regional hubs such as Syria, Djibouti, and other ports. This role requires strong expertise invessel operations, logistics handling, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ship calls including documentation, inward/outward clearance, and port liaison.
• Coordinate daily with Masters, Owners, Charterers, and Port Authorities .
• Arrange crew logistics : sign-on/off procedures, shore passes, and Superintendent/Port Captain access.
• Supervise and support cargo operations , ensuring smooth handling and resolving issues with P&I Clubs and receivers.
• Assist in guiding the operations support team , ensuring adherence to port requirements.
• Maintain vessel schedules and prepare cost documentation (EPDA/FDA).
• Deliver services across business lines: ship agency, import/export, cargo survey, and support operations .
• Investigate and follow up on cargo shortage claims, liens, and disputes .
• Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for new staff.
• Report regularly to management on operational updates and challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven background in shipping services, port operations, or marine logistics in Pakistan or the MENA region.
• Strong knowledge of documentation, port procedures, and cargo logistics .
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills .
• Ability to work with diverse and multicultural teams .
• Willingness to relocate for regional assignments (Syria, Djibouti, and other ports).

Location:Pakistan (with required relocation to regional assignments).
