Humein ek professional Sublimation Printing Designer ki zarurat hai jo proper aur experienced ho. Candidate ko color matching ka strong sense hona chahiye aur har qisam ke designs banana aata ho.

Zimmedariyan:

Sublimation printing ke liye print-ready files banana (CMYK, high resolution).

Color matching aur color correction par complete command.

Team kits (sports jerseys, tracksuits waghera) ke creative aur accurate designs banana.

Kurti, dupatta, design ready karna.

Repeating patterns, all-over prints aur border designs banana.

Client ke sample ya reference ke mutabiq design finalize karna.

Printing se pehle final check karna taake koi color ya alignment issue na ho.

10 hours duty time.

Requirements:

Sublimation printing ka practical experience zaroori hai.

Adobe Photoshop ya Illustrator par strong grip.

Fabric aur printing colors ka acha knowledge.

Time par kaam complete karne ki ability.

Salary: PKR 60,000 per month (performance-based increments)
