Job Title: Finance & Accounts Associate

Working Style: On-site, Full-time (Lahore)

Industry: Trading & Manufacturing Support

Compensation: PKR 60,000  - 80,000

About the Role

The Accounts Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling company financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (payments, receipts, invoices, expenses)

• Maintain ledgers, journals, and reconciliations

• Assist in payroll processing and vendor/supplier payments

• Prepare monthly financial summaries and expense reports

• Support internal and external audits with accurate data

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

• Follow up on receivables and manage payables on time

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work with accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
