(Hybrid)About the role:We are looking for a mid-level professional to provide maternity cover for the Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Talent portfolio. The role requires strong operational delivery, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will ensure seamless continuation of key initiatives, from planning and coordination to execution and reporting.Key Responsibilities
  • Culture & Engagement
    • Lead the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
    • Partner with internal teams to coordinate events, campaigns, and workshops.
    • Measure participation, gather feedback, and report on impact.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
    • Support the rollout and communication of DEI initiatives.
    • Prepare stakeholder presentations, briefing packs, and awareness content.
    • Track progress against DEI goals and contribute to reporting.
  • Talent Development
    • Coordinate and support talent and learning programs, including training sessions and employee development initiatives.
    • Manage scheduling, communications, and logistics for talent-related activities.
    • Collect and analyze feedback to support program improvements.
  • Operational & Communication Support
    • Prepare and deliver presentations for leadership and employees.
    • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress and outcomes.
    • Confidently represent the function in meetings and follow up on action points.
What we are looking for?Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Studies, HR or MarketingWork Experience:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, employee engagement, DEI, or learning & development roles.
  • Proven experience in coordinating programs, projects, or campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders is an advantage.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
