ExperienceMinimum 2 Years Experience (KE's apprentices can also be considered)
Area Of Responsibilities- Visit and survey report of the assigned scheme to be done within 3 days and intimate the AM/DM/Manager of the discrepancies if any.
- Conducting the scheme survey regarding the scheme execution and intimate to Planning along with material if any material not charged or there will be any discrepancy in scheme.
- Ensure that the material is issued from concerned store and delivered on site in time to avoid delay in execution
- Line up the PQC for the timely execution of scheme to align with the availed planned shutdown.
- Conduct TBT in office and on site as well and make sure all the safety equipment is complete as per standard.
- Complete supervision of the execution site and make sure all the work is being done as per SOP.
- Conduct the site survey for the issuance of Security Deposit to customer.
- In case of shutdown, timely arrival of concerned AE and its PQC on site to avail it and make sure all the work is completed within allocated time.
Area of Responsibility Continued- Ensure proper execution work on site to avoid QC failure, however in case of discrepancies found during QC, AE must ensure proper and timely rectification.
- After execution and QC clearance intimate the AM/DM/Manager for further process.
- Managing the internal and external stake holders (Planning, Operations , RMTD, Quality Teams, Underground maintenance , E&C and Customer along with consultant) to clear the scheme and timely submission of scheme within given TAT.
- Ensuring the completion of LT works within 2 days.
- Intimation to AM/DM/Manager to energize the scheme from LT side after its LT work is completed.
- Ensure on site presence to energize the scheme from HT and LT side and communicate to AM/DM/Manager.
- Ensure that the respective Scheme files are updated on regular basis (Gate Pass and related documents).
- Ensure the completion of Annual targets that are assigned by the Line Manager.
