You will collaborate across teams to maintain robust systems, support continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. Responsibilities- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with GSK standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and local regulations.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct self-inspections IBM audits and support audits to ensure compliance and readiness. Also responsible for governance of Management monitoring Audits at Site conducted by different sections.
- Coordinate and participate in Quality Council meetings to address quality concerns and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions for audit findings, Quality alert, Bulletin, GMP Audits and any Regulatory actions.
- Handling of Regulatory inspections at Site.
- Handling of Health authorities related queries
Qualifications/SkillsBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within the life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with SAP, VQD or similar systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
