Assistant Manager HR

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Partner with department heads to understand and meet hiring needs.
  • Assess development needs across operational, business, and functional units; evaluate and oversee the implementation of organizational development strategies.
  • Design and implement customized programs, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and leadership development.
  • Support the execution of employee development plans and succession planning frameworks.
  • Provide consultation on HR policies, procedures, conflict resolution, and compliance matters to employees and leadership.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 05 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR best practices, and applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Extensive understanding of organizational behavior and culture, skills development, and capacity-building strategies
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
