Bayut Studiosis looking for an experienced and highly organizedStudio Managerto oversee the day-to-day operations of our creative departments including Animations, Geomatics, Field and Creative Production. The Studio Manager will ensure smooth project execution, coordinate resources across teams, and act as the operational backbone of the studio. This role is key to maintaining high-quality output, on-time delivery, and a collaborative, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of Bayut Studios, ensuring seamless workflow across Animations, Geomatics, and Creative Production teams
• Plan and manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, clients, and creative teams. As well as the existing BD UAE and BD KSA teams
• Track progress of deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
• Manage studio budgets, finances, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of staff with HR
• Maintain and oversee use of studio equipment, software, and tools with Procurement
• Review and ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of final outputs
• Foster a collaborative and positive studio culture, encouraging cross-department synergy and unity
