1. Plan for the preventive maintenance for production & utilities.
2. Execute all corrective maintenance for production machines and utility units.
3. Perform factory acceptance tests for new machines, including installation and commissioning.
4. Supervise maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules.
5. Ensure that staff is trained in complex maintenance activities, following standard operating procedures, and responding to emergencies as requested.
6. Direct the work of staff and utilization of resources to ensure effective repair and safety of the community.
7. Manage the Mechanical section (i.e., installation, repair, and maintenance of machines and equipment).
8. Maintain an inventory of essential parts and equipment.
9. Develop, interpret, and implement policies, procedures, and documentation.
10. Maintain and update all related records, files, maps, and documents.
11. Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance in all activities at the plant.
