Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Manager based in Lahore. The Tax Manager will oversee and manage tax planning strategies, compliance, and preparation for clients, ensuring adherence to local tax legislation. Responsibilities include reviewing tax filings, advising clients on optimizing their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and staying updated on changes in tax regulations to provide valuable insights. Collaboration with internal teams and clients will be a key aspect of the role to ensure the delivery of high-quality professional services.

Job Qualifications – Manager Taxation

• CA Qualified / CA Finalist (CA Qualified preferred).
• Proven expertise in Tax Planning , including development of optimized strategies for clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Tax Compliance , ensuring adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in Tax Preparation , including accurate review and timely submission of financial documents.
• Strong understanding of Tax Laws with the ability to interpret, apply, and advise on legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in financial reporting standards and experience with relevant accounting/tax software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills , with the ability to manage complex tax matters.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage a team, review work, and provide guidance — prior managerial or supervisory experience is an asset .
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client portfolios efficiently.
