Role Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, enjoy engaging with people, and consistently deliver outstanding beverages with precision and care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso drinks following own and trending recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
• Operate coffee machines and equipment with care and efficiency
• Assist in inventory checks, stock rotation, and restocking supplies
• Uphold hygiene, food safety, and brand service standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role (preferred, but training will be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Passion for specialty coffee, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
