Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karāchi. The Bidder / BDM Software Development will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, and securing software development projects on different identified platforms. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client interactions, preparing bids, collaboration with the development team for proposal writing and task disemination, and negotiating contracts. This role requires participation in client meetings and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Experience in Business Development and Market Research
• Proven track record in Identifying and Securing Business Opportunities
• Proposal Writing, Bid Preparation, and Negotiation Skills
• Strong Communication and Client Interaction Skills
• Ability to Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams
• Knowledge of Software Development Processes and Technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Software Industry is a must
