Business Development Executive

Job Description:

HexaClicks is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base through strategic outreach and proposal discussions with potential clients, while having experience with the complete sales cycle, including closing sales and upselling. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work effectively during US business hours, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through email campaigns and networking.
  • Conduct proposal calls with potential clients, understanding their requirements and presenting solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive the sales process from proposal to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell services to existing clients based on their needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to align strategies and deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust strategies and capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in proposal calls and closing sales.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or US accent for effective engagement with international clients.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

Location: Gulberg 5, Lahore

Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM (US Time Zone)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
