SummaryWe are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive significant growth across our core offerings: AI Solutions (including Generative AI and Machine Learning), Custom Web & Mobile Application Development, and IT Consulting services. This role demands a proven ability to identify, cultivate, and close complex business opportunities, while shaping our market strategy in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.You will be pivotal in expanding our client base, forging key strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets by positioning our innovative technologhy solutions to a global clientele.Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand market share across AI, web, and mobile solution verticals.
  • Proactively identify and pursue high-value new business opportunities, including large enterprise accounts, strategic alliances, and untapped market segments.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decision-making and identify new growth avenues.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Leadership

  • Build and rigorously manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle from initial engagement to successful contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, customized presentations, proposals, and pitches that clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our AI solutions, web/mobile applications, and consulting expertise.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and fostering strong, long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
  • Cultivate and nurture high-level relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted technology partner.

Solutions Expertise & Value Articulation

  • Possess a deep understanding of our core service offerings: AI Solutions (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, ML), Custom Web Application Development, Mobile Application Development (iOS/Android), and comprehensive IT Consulting services.
  • Expertly identify client business challenges and strategically align our diverse technology solutions to deliver tangible value and competitive advantage.
  • Maintain continuous expertise in the latest advancements across AI, web technologies, mobile platforms, and IT consulting trends to proactively inform and refine sales strategies.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Establish, track, and report on all business development activities, sales performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) against set targets.
  • Conduct rigorous analysis of sales data and market trends to derive actionable insights, optimize strategies, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular, insightful, and data-driven reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Collaboration, Leadership & Brand Advocacy

  • Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to junior business development and sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Act as a prominent brand ambassador, representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and high-level networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Required Skills
  • Exceptional track record of 7+ years in senior business development with demonstrable success in client acquisition and revenue generation within the AI, Web/Mobile Application Development, or IT Consulting services industry. (experience in the product side would be less considerable)
  • Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), various technology stacks, and the nuances of selling complex IT solutions.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an innate ability to articulate intricate technical concepts and value propositions to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical acumen and strategic problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Proven capability to build, nurture, and expand robust client relationships at an executive level.
  • Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional business acumen, strategic foresight, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field is required.
  • A well-established and active network of contacts within the technology, AI, and software development industry is a significant asset.
