About Us:

Home Done is a leading UK-based online retailer specializing in home and garden products. We are looking for Customer Service and Support professionals to join our back-office team in Karachi. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have the skills to thrive in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and promptly respond to emails.
  • Handle customer inquiries and calls effectively.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer service and support roles with international companies.
  • UK-market experience will be a plus.
  • Experience in order processing and order management.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in call handling and customer service.
  • Familiarity with relevant CRMs.
  • eCommerce industry experience will be preferred.

Work Schedule
: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm (PKT) Mon to Fri + Alternate Sundays
