Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Officer with good communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle chats for assigned domains, while maintaining the target of given AHT (Average Handling time).
  • Review chatbot-handled chats for incorrect or insufficient responses, and create tickets for follow-up.
  • Manage customer inquiries received via email with professionalism and a prompt response time.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns regarding products and services.
  • Handle dispute resolution, including payment issues and negative feedback through email responses.
  • Maintain a positive brand image by delivering clear, courteous, and solution-oriented email interactions.
  • Conduct daily audits of assigned tasks to ensure accuracy and process compliance.
  • Stay updated on company policies and products to provide accurate information.
  • Manage all assigned tasks, ensuring workflow efficiency and timely email resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex email inquiries efficiently.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

Skills Required:

  • Should have good communication & English writing skills.
