Job Summary:

Mars BPO is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Sales Representatives to join our HVAC lead generation campaign. If you have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to engage U.S. clients confidently, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. customers regarding HVAC-related services.
• Identify potential leads and generate interest in campaign offers.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain a professional tone.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
• Record and update customer information accurately.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work the night shift (6 PM – 4 AM).
• Prior call center or telemarketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh candidates with good English fluency are encouraged to apply.
