Role Overview

We are looking for an Amazon Wholesale Expert who can manage and scale our wholesale business on Amazon. You will be responsible for finding profitable wholesale brands, managing supplier relationships, listing & catalog management, and optimizing sales and margins on Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify  profitable wholesale products/brands  using tools (Helium 10, Keepa, etc.).
• Reach out to  wholesale suppliers/brands , request catalogs, and negotiate pricing and MOQs.
• Analyze supplier catalogs to find  high-margin, low-competition products  for Amazon.
• Create and optimize  product listings  (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images) where needed.
• Manage and optimize  Amazon PPC campaigns  for wholesale products.
• Monitor  account health, buy box percentage, pricing, and competition .
• Plan and manage  inventory & FBA shipments  to avoid stockouts and overstock.
• Track  profitability  (fees, shipping, PPC, refunds) and maintain healthy margins.
• Handle  case logs, listing issues, and policy violations  with Amazon Support.
• Prepare  weekly reports  on sales, ROI, margins, and action items.

Requirements

• 2+ years  experience working with  Amazon FBA (Wholesale / Online Arbitrage / PL) .
• Strong understanding of  Amazon Seller Central , FBA, and account health metrics.
• Experience in  product research  and analyzing deals using tools (Helium 10, Keepa, SellerAmp, etc.).
• Good knowledge of  pricing strategies, buy box dynamics, and Amazon fees .
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for  profit & inventory tracking .
• Good communication skills for dealing with  suppliers and brands .
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a  fast-paced e-commerce environment .
