Location: DHA Phase VIII, Karachi.

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, taking orders, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with order placement, complaints, and inquiries
• Coordinate with branches to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Previous call centre or customer service experience preferably in the restaurant industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and call handling software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs40,000.00 per month
