About the Role:We are looking for a highly creative and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our product design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences and a strong portfolio of work demonstrating their skills. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

What will be your responsibilities?• Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions.• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical requirements.• Conduct usability testing and make iterative design improvements based on the team's feedback.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.• Contribute to the development of our design system and design guidelines.

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.• Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of UX principles and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative design solutions.• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams.• Proficiency in Figma is a must-have.• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
