About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strongDeputy Manager - Financial Reportingto join our finance team. The role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting, while also supporting process improvements and system efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and reporting, with proven ERP and reporting tool expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Ensure timely consolidation and reporting of financial results across business units.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reviews and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounts.
• Support statutory audits, liaising with external auditors and ensuring all requirements are met.
• Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and support governance processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather data for financial reporting and ensure accuracy of entries.
• Leverage ERP systems for reporting and automation of financial close processes.
• Develop reporting templates, dashboards, and analysis using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify and drive process improvements to streamline reporting cycles and reduce close timelines.

Requirements

• Professional Qualification: ACCA, CA, or equivalent financial qualification (mandatory).
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant financial reporting/accounting experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and reporting standards.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, consolidation, and audits.
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliations, financial reporting).
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• ERP experience is mandatory (Odoo experience is preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
