Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inbound chats from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other platforms
• Answer customer care calls professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate information about our services and guide customers accordingly
• Follow up with inquiries and maintain proper communication records
• Coordinate with the internal team for escalations or special cases
• Maintain a polite, professional, and solution-oriented approach at all times

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, CRM or spreadsheets)
• Prior experience in customer support, call center, or chat handling is preferred
• Ability to multitask and respond promptly
