Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Travel Agent to join our team in the Lahore District. This is an on-site role where the key responsibilities include assisting clients with travel arrangements, managing reservations for flights, accommodations, and car rentals, and providing tailored solutions for Umrah journeys. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to maximize sales through personalized interactions with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and managing client interactions
• Knowledge of Car Rental services and other travel-related support
• Strong skills in Sales and client relationship management
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate within a team
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
