AstheAssistantManagerAccounts,youwillsupportthefinancialmanagementofthecompanybyensuringaccurateaccountingprocesses,managingaccountspayableandreceivable,assistingwiththepreparationoffinancialstatements,andensuringcompliancewithaccountingstandardsandregulations.Thepositionoffersaremoteworkingopportunity.

ReportingStructure:

• DirectReports:Accountsteam(ifapplicable)

KeyResponsibilities:

• FinancialReporting:Assistinthepreparationandreviewofmonthly,quarterly,andannualfinancialreports,ensuringaccuracyandcompliancewithaccountingstandards.
• GeneralLedgerManagement:Maintainandreconcilegeneralledgeraccounts,ensuringallfinancialtransactionsarerecordedaccuratelyandinatimelymanner.
• TaxCompliance:Assistinthepreparationoftaxreturnsandensurethecompanycomplieswithallrelevanttaxlawsandregulations.
• CashFlowManagement:Monitorandmanagecompanycashflow,ensuringadequateliquidityforoperations.
• AuditPreparation:Assistinpreparingforinternalandexternalaudits,ensuringthatallnecessaryfinancialdocumentationandrecordsareavailable.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’sorMaster’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orarelatedfield.
• Completionofrequiredarticles/firmtermaspartofthequalification.

Experience:

• +5yearsofexperienceinaccountingorfinanceroles,withafocusongeneralaccounting,financialreporting,andtaxcompliance.
• Preferred:CandidateswithexperiencefromBig4auditfirmswillbehighlypreferred.

Skills:

• Proficiencyinaccountingsoftware(e.g.,QuickBooks,Xero,SAP,orsimilar).
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateaminaremoteenvironment.

Communication:

• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytointeractwithinternalstakeholderseffectively.
