Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Umrah Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will assist clients in planning and organizing their Umrah pilgrimage, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free, and spiritually rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Provide comprehensive consultation to clients on Umrah packages, including itinerary planning, accommodation options, transportation, and related services.

Booking Management:

Coordinate and manage all travel bookings such as flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and any additional services related to the Umrah pilgrimage.

Documentation Assistance:

Assist clients with the preparation, review, and submission of all required documents, including visas, passports, vaccination records, and other necessary paperwork.

Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their pilgrimage, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Compliance & Updates:

Stay up-to-date with the latest Umrah regulations and guidelines issued by Saudi authorities and ensure that all arrangements comply with relevant requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in travel sales or a related customer service role (experience in religious tourism is a strong advantage)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Knowledge of the Umrah process, requirements, and travel regulations

Pay: Rs40, Rs70,000.00 per month
