We are looking for a highly skilledUpwork Bidder / Business Development Expertwith strong experience in theGaming Industry, Software Development, and Mobile App Development (Android & iOS). If you're someone who can craft winning proposals, close high-value deals, and generate consistent leads — we want to talk to you

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms
• Craft compelling, customized, and high-conversion proposals based on client requirements
• Understand project scope and collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate estimations
• Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into long-term clients
• Build long-lasting relationships through effective communication and negotiation
• Track, manage, and meet monthly bidding and closing targets
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and performance reports

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive in the Gaming Industry or Software Development
• Strong understanding of:
• Game services & game development
• Software development lifecycle
• Android & iOS app development
• UI/UX, design, and digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and client-closing skills
• Experience in B2B and B2C lead generation with a track record of closing high-value deals
• Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and consistently meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of industry trends (Gaming, Software, Mobile Apps)
• Familiarity with Upwork algorithms and best practices
• Experience using tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc
