✅ Role Overview: Grade 2 Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and compassionate Grade 2 Teacher who can inspire and lead young learners during a critical stage in their academic journey. This role requires a love for teaching, strong classroom management, and the ability to foster critical thinking, curiosity, and confidence in children.

✅ Your Mission as a Grade 2 Teacher:

● Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards and Montessori-inspired learning

● Teach core subjects including English, Math, Science, and Social Studies with creativity and clarity

● Differentiate instruction to meet varying student needs and learning styles

● Create a positive, respectful, and well-structured classroom environment

● Assess student performance regularly and provide timely, constructive feedback

● Maintain open communication with parents, school leadership, and colleagues

● Organize class projects, events, and assessments to enhance learning outcomes

● Use technology and hands-on materials to enrich learning experiences

● Support students social-emotional growth by modeling empathy and collaboration

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills:

● Education: Bachelors degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related field

● Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level (Grades 1-3 preferred)

● Strong understanding of child development and academic benchmarks for ages 7-8

● Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

● Proficient with smartboards, online tools, and digital learning platforms

● Passionate about teaching, with creativity, patience, and dedication

● Collaborative mindset and a growth-oriented attitude
