### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate **Head Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine** to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in traditional Pakistani cooking, menu development, and kitchen management. You will be responsible for maintaining authentic flavors, ensuring food quality, and overseeing daily kitchen operations while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan, prepare, and oversee the cooking of authentic Pakistani dishes (e.g., biryani, karahi, nihari, kebabs, curries).

- Develop and update menus with innovative yet traditional Pakistani recipes.

- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

- Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation.

- Monitor food stock, manage inventory, and control food costs.

- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.

- Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.

- Source high-quality ingredients, including spices and fresh produce, for authentic taste.

- Handle customer feedback and adapt dishes as needed.

### **Requirements & Skills:**

- Proven experience as a **Pakistani or South Asian cuisine chef**, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.

- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani spices, cooking techniques, and regional dishes.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Creativity in menu development while preserving traditional flavors.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Certification in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus.

- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000 preferred).
