Position Summary Responsible for overseeing the professional nursing practice model and interdisciplinary care models for patient care within Park Nicollet Ambulatory Care. Serves as the liaison between nursing staff/management and other departments with a focus on patient and staff safety and satisfaction. Provides guidance to senior leadership and physician leadership for the implementation of nursing practice and nursing care models e.g., nurse triage, post-discharge follow-up, coordination of care and services, policies, protocols and standing orders.
