Overview of the role:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Head of People Innovation & Expertise to join our central People team.
This role is pivotal in architecting and scaling next-generation, AI-powered frameworks for talent development, performance enablement, succession planning, and total rewards across our ecosystem. As a forward-looking strategic leader, you will design agile, intelligence-driven, market-aligned systems that continuously learn, adapt, and scale—fueling high-performing, founder-ready teams while embedding our culture and values into every decision and experience.
Expectations from the role:
You will be accountable for shaping and scaling all core People domains—Performance & Growth, Succession & Talent, Capability Building, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience & Culture—through AI-enabled,>
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Experience:10–12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with proven expertise in performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent development. Prior experience in startups, technology firms, or innovation-led environments is highly desirable.
