Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Karāchi. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include developing and nurturing customer relationships, communicating effectively, and providing exceptional customer service to meet sales targets and support the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of the IT industry and related technologies is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is advantageous
• Prior experience in an Inside Sales role
