Maintenance Engineer at Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited

• Ensure trouble-free functioning of plant machinery and equipment by managing and monitoring general maintenance activities.
• Plan, manage, and implement plant renovation and renewal activities/projects.
• Coordinate and liaise with shop maintenance teams regarding plant equipment issues.
• Collaborate with machine manufacturers, both local and overseas, for technical support and spare parts.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate departmental cost-saving initiatives and ensure effective implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during maintenance operations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E. (Electrical/Electronics)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing/industrial setup.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Familiarity with project planning, cost control, and vendor coordination.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations.
