men’s casual weartoskincare essentialsandsmart accessories.We’re expanding our E-Commerce Growth Team and hiring a Performance Marketing & CRM Manager in Pakistan.
The role is a blend of growth + retention → run high-performance ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) and manage CRM automation (Klaviyo, Email, SMS, WhatsApp).
? Responsibilities:
Scale paid ads for UAE/KSA markets.
Optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV.
Build & manage CRM flows (cart recovery, win-back, VIP).
Deliver weekly performance & growth reports.
? Location: Pakistan (Remote – UAE/KSA focus)
? Compensation: Base PKR 200,000/month + performance bonus (if ROAS ≥ 3.5, total package up to PKR 400,000–600,000/month).
