We are looking for fresh and enthusiastic Virtual Medical Assistants to join our growing healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments and manage EMR/EHR systems.
• Handle patient communication through calls, emails, and messages.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Coordinate with billing and coding teams for claims management.
