Prime responsibility of a MIO is to have secondary sales to providers and chemists. On a daily basis, he has to visit 15 shops and 15 providers.

Achievement of sales target (secondary) of each SKU in his/her portfolio. Assign targets among each provider/clinic. Implementation of monthly sales plan in an effective way. Job Specification

Monitoring:

Monitor sales progress on a daily basis. Ensure submission of daily call report to respective ASM under copy to Head office. Ensure that all customers are productive. Maintain a purchase history of all providers including CMWs. Demand creation (marketing):

Keep part in different training of Commercial Team for skill improvement. Skills and competencies:

Good communication skills.
