Online Media Analyst Vizergy, an award-winning hotel internet marketing firm, is seeking a highly talented Paid Media Analyst. The ideal candidate will be a detail-conscious individual with excellent English who wants to work with a dynamic, industry-leading team. The position holder will develop and manage numerous Paid Search accounts for different travel-industry clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns (Google/Bing/social media) to meet business goals, build the brand, and improve the overall online experience for prospective customers
• Create customized paid search strategies with budget recommendations, keyword research and compelling ad messaging
• Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance based on ROAS and Lead generation
• Maintain a high level of understanding of emerging digital marketing and travel industry trends and company functionality
• Attain and maintain Google AdWords and Bing Ads certifications
• Create and strive for a working environment of continuous improvement and development of new company products, evaluation, and integration of the latest search engine opportunities
• Understanding and experience with metasearch advertising preferred
• Work with Account Managers and clients when necessary to explain and discuss strategy and performance

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field
• 1-3 yrs experience managing pay-per-click campaigns
• 0-1 yrs experience with Social Media Advertising and Display Advertising
• Experience working with Google AdWords & Bing Ads in the interface and the desktop tools
• Experience analyzing large amounts of data and making data-driven decisions
• Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment effectively
• MS Office Proficiency
• Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Understanding of the online marketing industry
• A high desire and willingness to learn and constantly improve, and the ability to handle constructive criticism in a positive manner
• Exceptional written & oral English communication skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality and travel industry is a plus

• Travel, Hospitality, and B2B marketing experience
• Google AdWords certification
• Bing Ads certification
