Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and optimize our B2C ecommerce operations. This role involves overseeing national distribution, coordinating with supply chain and etailers, and ensuring seamless order fulfilment, inventory management, and claims processing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and capable of driving operational excellence across multiple touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:

• Supervise daily inbound and outbound stock operations across national distribution centers.
• Ensure timely and accurate stock movement and inventory tracking.

Fulfilment & Sales Coordination:

• Liaise with supply chain teams to ensure primary order fulfilment.
• Maintain sales logs and coordinate with stakeholders to streamline the sales cycle for etailers.
• Advise distributors on credit management and support inventory liquidation efforts.
• Drive etailer engagement by pushing for orders and promoting slow-moving SKUs.
• Resolve operational issues faced by etailers and arrange stock transfers nationwide as needed.
• Verify etailer pricing and discount structures to resolve discrepancies.
• Secure purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely deliveries.

Claims Management:

• Review and validate claims submitted by distributors and etailers.
• Ensure timely processing and payout of approved claims.

Forecasting & Demand Planning:

• Collaborate with etailers to gather timely forecasts.
• Consolidate demand inputs and work with data analysts to generate accurate sales forecasts.

Excellence Projects:

• Assist the team in execution of ambitious transformation projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, territory sales management or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proficiency in ERP systems is a plus.
