We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Personal Assistant, preferably a retired NCO / JCO (Steno) from the Pakistan Army. The ideal candidate should have experience working with senior officers (Major General and Above) and possess excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and reply to phone calls in a professional manner.

Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.

Handle official correspondence and documentation.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Prepare reports, notes, and briefings as required.

Perform stenographic and clerical duties efficiently.

Requirements:

Retired from Pakistan Army (NCO / JCO – Stenographer / Clerical background.

Proven experience assisting senior officers (Major General and Above).

Good command over English and Urdu (spoken and written).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Loyal, punctual, and disciplined personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
