Jazz is seeking a dynamic and results-drivenRegional Sales Headto lead our sales force in theSahiwalregion. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about driving market growth, developing talent, and shaping the digital landscape in the Consumer Division.

About the Role:

As the Regional Sales Head, you will be responsible for the complete sales and distribution strategy for your region. You will lead a direct team of 5-6 professionals and an extended team of approximately 35, ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Distribution Leadership:Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to meet and exceed targets. Oversee the entire distribution network, ensuring optimal product availability, visibility, and channel incentivization.
  • Franchise & Partner Management:Build and sustain strong, strategic relationships with Franchise Business Partners, providing support across sales, marketing, customer experience and technology.
  • Team Development & Coaching:Lead, mentor, and motivate a large sales team. Foster a high-performance culture through effective coaching, regular feedback and structured team-building activities. Manage the talent succession pipeline for the region.
  • Performance Management:Segment regional targets for the sales team and franchises. Monitor sales progress daily, providing guidance and course-correcting to ensure timely goal achievement.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and market penetration.
  • Operational Excellence:Ensure strict compliance with all distribution KPIs. Direct retailers and franchises on inventory management and oversee the operational functionality of sales tools (e.g., biometric devices).
  • Brand Representation:Act as the face of Jazz at regional forums and public events, enhancing brand visibility and promoting new products and services.

Requirements
  • 10-12+ years of experience inSales Management and Distribution Channel Development, preferably within the GSM/telecom sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of telecom products, services, and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience in leading, engaging, and developing large teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.
