Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead qualification, particularly within the digital marketing domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the U.S. market, identifying sales opportunities, and setting qualified appointments for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects in the U.S. to generate interest in our digital marketing services (SEO, Google Business Profile/GMB, Web Development, etc.).
  • Qualify leads through effective questioning and needs assessment.
  • Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the Business Development Managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with leads through email and call sequences to maintain engagement.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar outbound sales or SDR/BDR role, preferably in a digital marketing or SaaS company.
  • Experience in cold calling U.S.-based clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), VoIP systems, and email outreach platforms.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong drive to succeed.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
