Job Description

We are seeking driven Sales Executives who can confidently reach out to U.S.-based businesses and close deals. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You’ll be supported with leads, mentorship, and scripts but ultimately, your success will depend on your ability to close.

Compensation

  • 20% commission on every closed deal (among the highest in the industry).
  • No cap, your earnings scale with your performance.
  • Path to a permanent position if you meet performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold call U.S.-based businesses during US business hours (9am–5pm EST/PST depending on region).
  • Pitch and promote our services.
  • Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and close deals.
  • Work closely with the CEO and future Sales Team Lead.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven. you must be a closer.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Comfortable working on a probationary performance plan.

Important Terms

  • You will be provided with leads, support, and mentorship.
  • Performance Requirement:You must close at least 1 client within the first 2 weeks of joining. Failure to do so will result in termination.
  • Consistently strong performers will be considered for permanent employment.
